It’s not every day you meet someone who leads with energy so contagious, it practically introduces them before they speak. Brandon Jerome White — or as most know him, Positive B White — is one of those people. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, this entrepreneur, radio host, and all-around motivator has spent his life turning positivity into action.

From Atlanta to Advertising

White is the founder of Positive Passionate Motivated Advertising Agency LLC, a Georgia-based marketing firm that lives up to its name. What started as a vision rooted in helping people and businesses grow has grown into a full-fledged agency working with brands across the state — and beyond.

He’s worked with names like Metro PCS, DTLR Clothing, The Atlanta Falcons, and Chef Fly Cuisines, as well as artists, pro athletes, and even entire sports teams. His approach is personal, energetic, and always rooted in authenticity. “It’s about real connection,” he often says. “People want to feel seen, heard, and respected — that’s how you build something that lasts.”

A Stamp of Legacy: Honoring Earl Lloyd

One of White’s most meaningful projects has been his collaboration with the Earl Lloyd Foundation. Earl Lloyd was the first African American to play in the NBA — a pioneer whose name deserves far more recognition than it’s gotten. White worked with the foundation on a campaign to get Lloyd a commemorative U.S. Postal Service stamp, a tribute that would cement his legacy and inspire future generations. It was more than a project — it was personal.

Ten Years in the Sky

Before launching his agency, White spent over a decade working in the airline industry. That background, he says, taught him patience, how to handle pressure, and how to manage people from all walks of life. “Airports teach you a lot about humanity,” he jokes. “And how to keep cool when things get crazy.”

An Athlete at Heart

His drive has always been there — even as a kid. In 1996, he was part of the Junior Olympic Champion 4×1 team, and by 2001, he had won Best Offensive Player. Sports gave him structure, but also a sense of competition and confidence that still fuels him today.

Positive Mind Saturdays: Real Talk for Real People

These days, one of his most powerful platforms is Positive Mind Saturdays, a radio show he hosts that dives into everything from mental health and motivation to business, relationships, and community issues. It’s not preachy. It’s not scripted. It’s just real talk with real solutions — plus a whole lot of good vibes.

“We talk about the stuff people are really dealing with,” he says. “The highs, the lows, how to keep going when things get rough. We’re here to build people up.”

More Than Business: Giving Back

White doesn’t just talk the talk — he’s deeply involved in community service, organizing drives, speaking to youth, and even raising money for Breast Cancer research. Giving back isn’t a PR move — it’s just who he is. Whether he’s mentoring someone one-on-one or partnering with nonprofits, his heart for service is as strong as his business instincts.

Surrounding Himself with Purpose

White has worked with some major names over the years, including former NBA player Dontell Jefferson, the late beloved anchor Mark Hayes, and internationally recognized artist Cecil Bernard. But if you ask him what he’s most proud of, it’s not the names — it’s the impact. “Being around good people who care about what they do — that’s everything.”

A Man with a Mission

Brandon “Positive B” White isn’t trying to be a celebrity. He’s trying to be a difference maker. In every meeting, every campaign, every show, and every handshake, his mission is clear: leave people better than he found them.

And in a world where negativity moves fast and attention spans move faster, it’s refreshing to see someone who stays true to his name.

He’s Positive B. And his message is simple: Stay positive. Stay passionate. Stay motivated.

Positive Mind Saturdays, Positive B White’s new radio show, covers a range of topics including positive affirmations, mental health management, group economics, sports, overcoming life’s hurdles, and much more.
