Born and raised in Illinois, Aarron Loggins was introduced to a challenge many would consider limiting—being hard of hearing. - National Deaf Dance Theater – one of the first professional dance companies for deaf performers.

Not only did he perform with existing groups, but he also founded Da Jump Back, a pioneering deaf step team that blended African American step traditions with ASL and dance, creating a unique cultural statement.

The Super Bowl LIII Spotlight
Aarron’s most defining moment in the public eye came in 2019, when he performed the National Anthem at Super Bowl LIII in Atlanta, Georgia. Standing alongside Gladys Knight, as well as pop stars Chloe x Halle, his ASL interpretation of the anthem reached millions.

In 2014, Aarron made history when he won the title of Mister Deaf United States. That same year, he went on to win Mister Deaf International, becoming the first African-American ever to hold the title.
